Daytime Standard
Starting at $199
- Our Standard Photoshoot (ground) highlights the home’s exterior and interior, including the main areas: living room, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom, primary bathroom, unique features, etc. Price includes up to 25 photos, with an additional charge of $15 per photo for extras.
- Please Note: Premium processing (i.e. window pulls, sky replacement, item removal) is not included with this option.
Daytime Premium
Starting at $275
- Our Premium Daytime Shoot (ground) includes additional time preparing and processing each shot, in order to produce the polished result necessary for marketing luxury homes. Off-camera flash techniques may be used, as needed, in main living areas to produce a higher-quality result. Premium post-production is included for all photos. Price includes up to 35 photos, with an additional charge of $15 per photo for extras.
TrueTwilight Exterior
Starting at $275
- Twilight images are a beautiful way to highlight a home. These shots are taken during golden hour/dusk. Premium editing included. Up to 10 images.
- We also offer aerial stills as an add-on service in our Premium TrueTwilight Package.
Aerial/Drone Stills
Starting at $175
- The base price for Drone Imaging services (Aerial Still Shots Only) is $175. This fee covers flight time and stunning aerial photography for 10 high-res images.
- Aerial images are available as part of our Premium TrueTwilight package for an additional fee.
Standard Aerial Package
Starting at $325
- Our Standard Drone Shoot is suitable for most properties under 5 acres. Our staff will use the drone to highlight the main areas of the property: home, buildings, structures, land, landscape features, proximity to neighborhood and local landmark features (if applicable).
- This shoot is also ideal for small parcels of undeveloped land and scenic spaces. Fee includes: flight, footage, a branded 45-60 second HD video with music, feature titles where applicable and 5 still images.
Premium Aerial Package
Starting at $375
- Our Premium option is for larger properties (5-50) acres. Like our Standard shoot, the Premium option highlights the main areas of the property: homes, buildings, structures, land, landscape features, water features, proximity to neighborhood and local landmarks (if applicable). With this package, special attention is given to the unique features of the property. Extra care is taken to prepare and process the still images and video assets, ensuring a polished high-quality finish. Fee includes: flight, footage, a branded 60 second-2.5 minute HD video with music and titles and up to 10 still images.

- Basic walkthrough: 1-2 minute walkthrough video (of a single location) shot in vertical format for use on social channels. Content provided without sound to allow client to customize to their liking on their channel of choice.
